I’m Katie — a guide, space-holder, and devoted peacemaker.
My background is in Psychology, Shadow Work, and spiritual transformation.
In my personal journey I have navigated the silent depths of Depression, Self-harm and Suicide, journeying from the battlefield to the garden where I eventually found my feet on stable ground. I am here now to share the fruits of embodiment that have emerged from walking this path.
It is my deep belief that world peace begins within, and that peace is possible for everyone.
